Have you ever found yourself scrolling through Instagram and out of the blue find a "wow, I need to try that" workout? If yes, or no. (hopefully yes), youre in luck. Copy the share link from the fantastic post you just found and embed it directly into a workout or exercise. Depending on the post, the image or video gets pulled in as well as the caption (just in-case they added any notes there)
